   Provision your organisation

   Create the company workspace, add sites with geo boundaries and optional NFC tags, and onboard admins and officers.

2. 2

   Plan and assign shifts

   Schedule security, site-locking, or regular shifts with patrol rules, lock checkpoints, multi-guard assignment, and break settings.

3. 3

   Officers execute on mobile

   Guards sign in with photo and GPS, complete patrol or lock proofs, log visitors, report incidents, and sign out—with optional NFC verification.

   Supervise with live visibility

   See in-progress shifts, on-shift-now lists, security events, and monthly hours from the admin dashboard—on mobile or web.

5. 5

   Prove compliance & export evidence

   Run SIA licence register checks and export shift, incident, visitor, and compliance PDFs when auditors or clients need proof.
